j ust aquired a 1980 16' true ACTION MARINE on a nice ROCKET gal trailer, complete w/ original seats...even back seat...gas tank installed under front seats,cool, needs paint, has new rub rail that fits...was going to make it for his daughter but she has no interest in it...so now it;s mine to play with...thinking hard on what type of power to shake it with...ps has new composite floor and transom...solid...all the hard work is done...thinking what WILDMAN say's...it's not how fast you are it's how cool you look( LOVE THAT ) so it's gettin a motor I;ve been saving, MERC 91 2.5 7 pedal pumper carbs, just rebuilt w/ 30 hrs on it powerhead, 2.5 w/ internal trim, removed can, drilled, good tuner 20" mid w/ solid mounts top &bottom, and a BOB's 187 gearcase...that should be a handfull...my buddy who build the mid gave me a 260 drop on pan and cover for $150.00 so that was a gift...slowlly approaching COOL....thanks for sharing...DON:cheers:

Thats awesome. My first action was a 76 or 79 Cant remember but the small action is fun with a 200. Thats the same motor I have for my now for my 20. Thats a great year and model. Lets see some pics.
