Ignition switch sticking and the starter keeps spinning.

My Merc harness key is sticking. When I start the motor the key won't spring back and the starter keeps spinning. I can manually turn the key and the starter quits running.

HOW do I lube the key switch? It must have o-rings or something to keep it waterproof. Spray lube isn't helping.
