I COULD USE 1 OR 2 OF THESE. THEY RUST OUT AND DEGRADE AT THE BASE AND FALL APART. HAS A SHORT GROUND LEAD.

Since no one seems to have any of these and Mercury list them as obsolete, what is everyone doing for a trim sender on these old Mercs? I have considered making a bracket and using one of the lever style senders. Has anyone tried that?

Dealers should have some of these laying around. They are analog, the new motors come with analog. New digital gauges need a digital one, so they are switched out...
