Evinrude 150 xp no spark help?

I've got a evinrude 150 xp with no spark.. Wanting to test stator ,timing base, power pack so far the stator has one coil that only reads 10 oms the other two coil sides read 90oms each and the two yellow wires read .9oms so I guess stator is bad..? Next to the timer base , can't get any reading at all should be around 220oms from white port side wire to starboard side bottom right wire in plug but it reads nothing with all wires in plug.. so guess it's bad too ? Power pack is a new cdi but would still like to test it as well but don't know wat or how to thanks for any help

how about testing the kill circuit first by disconnecting it
what year is it?

I'll have to check on year I just have the ingition switch wired to harness but it could be that yes we're it hook up in switch?

Find a OMC factory service manual. They give a very good description of trouble shooting the electronics and there cheap on Ebay.
