Merc alien lower skirts / who's making them?

I talked to the Eagle One guy who has them listed on his website but he is semi-retired, and having a surgery so he is not making anything for quite some time. Is any one else making them for a reasonable price? Pretty sure merc discontinued them and when they did sell them they sold them for a price as if they were coated in gold.
