I am looking for a clean complete hyd. steering system (front mount) not a bay star. let me know what you have.
They are 950.00 new on e-bay new but I figured that someone might have one that isn't being used.

Go with the Uflex ProTech system... Entire system, brand new is $840. See my post I just talked about it....
I have the baystar system on my red boat, and the ProTech is way beefier / girthy.

Are you looking for power steering or just the basic "pro" style system? FYI, Mercury OEM's the UFlex ProTech system. Just add about $100 for the proper hose kit and you're out the door for under $900.

FYI, the ProTech Uses different hoses than the SilverSteer but both seem to be rated at 1500 psi. I believe the ProTech runs at 1000 psi.

I know you were looking at a slightly used system but at these prices it's pretty reasonable so I thought I'd throw it out there.
