AFTER running all day and some wot runs 6000 plugs look like brand new no color like chrome plated all 6 same great idle holeshot great right side 1-3-5 had 1 drop of water on each plug 2-4 6 no drop but shinny like out of the box would divider plate affect both banks? both head gaskets leaking alike? pretty unlikely ide think. merc mech stuped mota 2.4 220 mar mag. ANBODY.....? H EARD some oil inj motors run super clean

I have had the divider inner plate have a crack and would spray water into the chest. It would leak more after it ran for a few minutes as the crack would open up due to the heat. This usually only effects 1 side of engine. Could be a blown/rotted divider gasket as well. Usually pretty obvious as the chest will be very clean on the one side. Just my experiences.

Just my experiences. at one time it did loose power pass after pass (crack opening) i m gonna do head gaskets and exhaust plate sandwich/ divider clamshell cover makes it easy maybe @6000 water psi is 20 and engine cant swallow it , thanks james. Pulled heads gaskets good pulled exhaust plate good seal no leaks piston tops black exh chest black carbon on divider. cylinders look perfect old plug chart calls for a buz8h plug not bu8h. i has 350hm r other has ohm. says can mess with old ECU and GPS etc. 50$ for 6 nothing to loose last try now have 140# all 6 using shallow bowl heads. o'reilly has the plugs.
