Mercury 40hp

I have a 99 40 hp mercury tracker. Motor will need a rebuild. No holes or damage just got hot and scoured the pistons. Everything is included except the trim pump and small pulse fuel pump. Lower unit is good and just serviced with a new impeller and gear lube.
$200 cash if you come pick it up. I'm pretty much selling the whole thing for what the lower is worth
