Front half and intake fitment question

I am talking about carb'd motors. I know injection engines are almost the same too but.

1. will a front half from a 2.5 fit on a 2.4 as long as you swap big bearing for big bearing? although I never heard of a big bearing 2.4.

2. will a 2.4 carb'd intake manifold be the same for a 2.5 or a 2.4? vice/versa.

1. no... only exception is if 2.4 is a "fat block" (only 2.4 that takes tha bigger center main)

2. 2.4 reed plates will swap ta 2.5's with elongating a few holes (reed plate ta block)...

I'd say no, I'm not familiar with the guy or the heinz xr6 motor. This is the first i've heard of it.
