How do I get rid of free titled 1999 21 Sea Ray

How can I get rid of a previously sunken to oil pan 1999 Sea Ray 21?
Any help would be appreciated. Pics to show condition no trailer. Have a valid title.

what I always do with the old boats is part them out, then cut them up and put them at the curb for heavy pickup. the garbage men have probably taken away nine or 10 boats in The Last 5 Years
