I have two engines 90 3 cylinder series 0b228289 are those are good for racing or a need advantage before start put some job

Depends on how you define good, but at least over here, those engines were not used in any racing class.
The 90 hp Yamahas and Tohatsus were.

The Mercury does not comply with the 1.3L regulations as it is almost 1.4L
So not raced in the offshore classes.
The 3 and 4 cylinder Merc's do not stand up to high RPM's, so if you rev them above their approved max RPM's they are going to throw a conrod.
Also with the single piece powerhead you are not able to take off the cylinder head to do any modifications.
Exhaust chest could be cleaned up a bit if you want, but no real benefit to changing ports heights as you can not spin it any faster.
