are the open snout housings the same on a 2.4 bridgeport and a 2.5 offshore?

As far as function, they're all the same. There were two different designes, one with sharp edges and the later one that is rounded. I'm not sure when they made the change, but the difference is mostly cosmetics.

There is also a difference between the earlier offshore dump housings and the later models, the early ones have lower mounts just like the fishing midsection, later those went away and the bottom bolted to the bottom yoke just like the one piece exhaust adapter does up top.
