If you never boated on the chespeake you should as its uncrowded unspoiled and the upper chesapeake is fresh water with endless dockside restaurants , b&b's as well countless places to raft up .
Very few cops , no mud , no flies and 2.5-3.0 tide swing .
For the rest of us who are blessed to call this place home or at least during the summer heres a chance to own still pond md 21667 property .
1.37 acres on dead end road with 3 bedroom farmhouse that needs total rebuild or raise and start over . Very , very private , taxes last year 475.00 . Lot just passed perk test . Here is the best part , its 5 min from turner creek deep water public boat ramp off sassafras or 7 min to ramp at coast guard still pond . Make it a summer home or full time , i'm very selective who will own this as i several a joining parcels
