Many times (recently in fact) I need to get something repaired that I can't fix myself. (a propeller with a cracked blade for instance :rolleyes: ) I had to spend considerable time tracking down a suitable prop shop.
Would it be possible to list a forum of repair shops S & F ers have used with SUCCESS. Not a place to bash other shops, or start crap, just contacts, you know like Detmar, for steering support, phone number .... Mercury Marine Engineering Dept., contact name, phone number....that kind of stuff. I would have been much easier to click a forum topic and have 2 or 10 prop shops to choose from.... Just a thought
