Hi my 1992 mercury ob 2.5 idles poor replaced plugs, all coils firing, good fuel pressure & flow, top carb cold as ice . center carb warm. bottom carb warm . 63 deg 75 deg 75 deg top carb problem ? or both lowers ? thanks,
