how much to fix a mercury 175 2.5 with low comp in one cyl?

Wondering how much to get this motor running? any shops here want the job? I found this and also wondering how much to pay for it. It is a fishing motor.

Low compression in one hole could be several things and until you know which of these things it is it's gonna be hard to tell how much it will cost.

I guess it could be a waste of time and money. I also found a black max 1991 that has same issue.

The motor is worth looking into. Might just be a bad head gasket. I would at least pull the heads and look at it.
