Exactly what the titls says. The adaptor has a small peace missing you can see it on the top right in one of the pictures looks like a half circle. Shaft peice is perfect.

It must be a common problem. I've got one that is welded in the same spot. I am interested in the stack and extension so will buy all if you still have them.
