Weight of a Carbed 3.0L V6 merc. how bad ??

I've been looking everwhere to find the dry weight of the engine ONLY V6 3.0L carbed.

I was told that they were 525 pounds.

My twins are 495 and 501

OUCHHhhhhhh, I am planning to install a PARA-LIFT Mercury jack plate ass'y and they are rated to 500 pounds. IS it gonna be a to close call or it will work ?6
