Thanks for inviting all of us 'squirts' to your board(I saw your post on the Hot Boat board.).
I think we all can agree that the object of hot boating is to be safe, go fast and have fun. So why should it matter what we use to pursue our passions.

I am looking foward to participating on this board.

I feel left out. We race and play on whitewater rivers and creeks and many of us have small blocks with over 100 MPH top ends. My 383 ci stroker can run 86 mph at 4200 ft on pump gas and 5200 rpm with a B impeller. A friend and veteran racer is running a 454 small block that is running 109 at 3800 ft. A few are procharged 406 ci. Most jets running on the lakes with big blocks make big noise and low speed. I don't get on many lakes but when we have tested the odd impeller out on the local lake we blow these lake guys away, bad. They are having fun and that's what counts. But don't forget about us small block guys.
