2.4 fuel rail

I have a 2.4 rail that was sent with injectors to Rich @ Brucato injectors cleaned and calibrated , but rail has built up residue that supposedly came from previous owner using Klotz oil products. any ideas on how to remove this gunk?

buy a new rail and keep puttin klotz in it,it made it this far.
