I have had it suggested by an individual, that may or may not know what he is talking about, that my labyrinth seal on the reed cages on a 4 cyl. 75 Merc is why my fuel stops at the fuel bowl due to insufficient draw. Motor is fresh, compression perfect (just to be sure), carbs have been thru 6 cycles each in a heated sonic cleaner with new carb cleaner, spark is strong, and fuel fills bowls but plugs are bone dry. Is it possible, or even likely, a newly freshened motor with new rings could lose that much tween cylinders to create such an issue. Sounds like a stupid question but I hardly ever work on the small motors and I'm not really all that smart. Any help appreciated.
