This is my second race with my Rig, I bought a Garmin Virb XE so you can ride aboard with my last run of the day. The 1st day of racing was bad I mean real bad !! I think a jon with a 25 would have cut my butt. I stuck in there sleep on it that night made some changes that morning before the 2nd day of racing . Took the flag and the money home. She is not 100%, but each time out she is getting better and better made me proud ! ! So here is the clip for my friends that have been following my project

Thanks , I have been working hard to make her run. I'm going to change the boat setup just a little. I think I can get about 10 or 15 mph more. They are not letting me run the Nitrous system in this class so I haven't reset timing just yet, but that is next. Still need to up the pickup timing still to low. Its coming together slow but that's the way i like it. It was turning 9K I had some prop work it has drop to 75/85K if I push it. I'm turning a yam 26p drag and sending a 28p out next week. Just trying to get the hole shot better. I think my new setup will help that a lot . Will post more video's and races. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement and emails ! !

I dropped to a 26p because my hole shot is bad. The first race I had to chase everyone down they would jump me by 1 or 3 boats I would pull them in about 400' but would run out of prop, just slow out of the hole. So I got the 26p Yamaha sent it off it made a big difference, but still working on the problem its still there but not as bad. It has dry exhaust and no exhaust threw the prop at all. I think that might have a lot to do with it on the hole shot. Also the motor is still to deep in the water. I'm running it at top of bullet. Going to lift motor one more hole and change timing and re-set pickup timing up 2 more that should help a lot. I just sent my 28 off just in case I need it at the race. For river running I have my 28p Yamaha drag and a 32p 4 blade cleaver Ron Hill its bad a$$ ! but not for drag racing 800'. This winter I'm going to pull the block down clean and re-ring motor. Even with the 26p the speed is still going up at the end of 800' . I have yet to top it out even with my big props. I will keep you posted !! The camera's I bought will help me a lot on setting up and props. Will post some runs on my big props soon.
also CUDA 9K with a stock 26p yamaha drag. after they work on it 75/85K if i push it. On my trim I have been pre-setting ( Guessing) and just run. Might bump up or down but only once so far. I can let off the gas at WOT it just lays down straight until i turn.
