2000 ProMax kill switch wiring

Hooking up a 2 pole Merc oem tether and want to verify wiring. From what I see, it wires between the black/yellow and black stub wires from the back of the ignition switch? Thanks..

From memory, that sounds right to me. Grounding the ignition is what shuts off the engine. Ignition is the black with yellow tracer and ground is black.
