I've seen the dry-stack mod. I plan on doing it soon.
However, for the mean time is there anything a little more simple or quicker I can do in the meantime to get it a few degrees cooler? It's currently running 160-165° on longish runs

I see some 300 drags have a water bypass hose from the top of the block, going to the heads between 3-5 and 4-6 I assume that water is a little cooler,and would pull heat away from that area.Someone do tell!! JFYI your post stated you wanted it warmer!
