03 Merc 250 efi xxl wont power up...(need help)

I have replaced all new fuel pumps engine still seems to be dumping fuel, Starts up, runs, but wont power up need help , any ideas would be appreciated.

1. why did you replace all the fuel pumps. 2.did the problem start after you replaced the fuel pumps 3.have you checked your fuel pressure on the schrader above the hp fuel pump at idle or at load 4. have you checked the filter under the fuel press. regulator 5. what condition are your plugs, and what plugs are they. 6. have you checked for spark. 7. compression numbers. try and look at these systematically, or have a manual.
