2002 Gambler tilt / trim problem

My brother has a 2002 Gambler that has tilt / trim problems. The tilt / trim works fine on the engine and from the bow switch, but does not work on the controls under the dash (foot control). He does not have a manual and there is no wiring diagram under any of the hatch lids. Is there an inline fuse or separate fuse for the foot control? Also, where is the main fuse box located? Is there anyplace to get a manual? Thanks........

There is not likely going to be a fuse for the individual switches. More than like if neither the up or down switches are working at the foot pedal then you are simply losing the power supply. I'd be looking for a bad connection around the dash. I doubt anyone is going to have a wiring diagram for that boat

I would have to agree....Check, clean and tighten all the connections. If it works from one and not the other that is half the battle already.

Usually all trim and tilt wires are green and blue, that might help narrow down the search.....then it's just making sure you have 12v to switch
