Horsepower ?
2.0 or 2.5 ?
12 or 15 inch

Those aren't the same motors are you asking about both?

The pics really aren't good enough. Pic # 2 is a 12" mid. That's all that's for certain.

motor looks like 280 with some 16amp electrics

Its a engine i can buy. Seller claims its mercury F1 with 330 hp 2.5 Liter 15 inch mid.
But it looks like 12 inch to me
How cam i tell a 280 from a s3000 or drag powerhead ?

it is a 12", possible drag (s3000) ie: that timing pointer placement isn't normally used on 280 converted ta 16.... does have tha "right" cowl.... which way does tha motor turn?

really see no reason ta doubt what he says but callin' it a 15" might make ya wanna take a closer look at tha power head... he should know whats what with something like that... might be a middle man tryin' ta make a buck, donno?..........jmo

I defently want to do that. The boat it sits on is at burgess f1 2 seater. Should really be moving. Owner claims 130 + mph
What fuel should a s3000 engine use ?
