Evening everyone,
Just a quick one, last week i got my 1989 XR2 fired up after sitting for 10 years,carbs rebuilt fuel pump head gaskets and plugs. It ran fine and didn't miss a beat. Today i went to start it again and it sounded like it wasn't firing, i attached a spark tester and its only firing on 1 cylinder? Is it possible for the stator to go down within in a week without running? Anything else is could be? Kill switch is working as cuts the spark to the one sparking cylinder.
