460 OMC / king cobra

got a good king cobra lower with gimbal trim cylinders etc and took the 460 big block out of the boat. I started it before removing it runs but when I had it out on a crate found out it has not been winterized properly block is missing 2 freeze plugs and is cracked basicly good for parts or fix it and run it
