I have a 2002 Merc 280 freshly rebuilt 280 less than 2 hours on it not even broke in motor has been blue printed balanced shot peened rods heads cut 50 thousandths injectors cleaned and flowed lower unit disassembled and inspected resealed with fat boy shaft sportmaster wanting to trade it for a 2002 or newer merc 300x with sportmaster lower and with a fatboy shaft 20in mid or one with a shortshaft can send you more pics if interested
