Looking for 21 rally sport, intimidator, checkmate

Mainly looking for a 21 rally sport, Superboat with or without power I can't seem to find anything around for under 20k in or near Massachusetts. If you know of any rally sport hulls for sale please let me know.

will also consider checkmate pulsare 21 ft as well.

High side prices for a WELL cared, Prior Dialed in and known Fast 21' SOB usually means much time and money invested in the boat. Often from top to bottom, along with usual bottom blue printing, fuel tank up grade, dialing in setup etc., etc. makes them NIGHT and DAY compared to a low cost true older mainly original hull.

Spending some extra dough up front (thousands usually but far less then if you spend the money later yourself) will save someone tons of money, time and frustration down the road along and gain you locked in added resale value down the road to boot when time comes to sell again.

The Old adage "You get what Pay For" is so true here ! JMP ....but after many, many years playing with these type boats.

For what its worth. If you have the ability, talent, funds, shop and time to do your own work thats great. If you dont than buy one thats been done already cause it get expensive to have one done after you buy one that needs it. Been there and was smart enough to do that when I bought my super from Ragu. JMOs

What Vnemous is talking about you can see in these threads. He is just trying to help you understand that if you don't have the time or the skills to go through a boat right, it will cost a log of money to get it back mint.

Jamesgang has a lof ot detailed photos showing examples of the kind of work it takes to go through the style of boat you are looking for. I know the threads are long but they are worth reading.

Heck if you can find the build thead when Ragu had Raybo do the restoration on my 21 super Im pretty sure I bought the boat for possibly less than it cost to restore to its better than original condition.

Mike you were smart and fast to snag Mragu 21' super ...the early bird gets the worm. You could not get that boat again like it was for what you paid. :thumbsup:

Greg is cool and very knowledgeable good friend, we boat often together. Yes I have been contemplating letting one of my boats go ....but I love them both, both totally redone, dialed in well (fast) and better then new. :confused:

But really don't need both so.....if anyone is really interested they could contact me. ;)

I heard through PM from somebody who has a Linder Challenger that has been restored but has not listed it and he wants like 13 without power. Seems like a good deal but I already got all I need. It was rigged with Yammi power. Pics look nice, seems like a solid boat from the pics, but I have never seen it in person. It is one of the up north SOB loving FREAKS. So far, I love their stuff that is why I now own two of them. On the lakes here, the 70K new Bullets with 300XS's on them can't come close to keeping up even with my old ass 1985 Shadow. But I bought the benefit of guys spending years on the setup of their boats. Most people don't realize how much that is worth. A well setup boat makes you look a like a rock star driving it even if you are 5th chair flunky trombone player.
