Bridgeport have water diverters?

Is there any reason at all that a 2.4 liter Bridgeport, 89 vintage, would not have the water diverters in the block? Thanks.

My 87, 89 and mod vp blocks all have diverters.

That's kind of what I thought. I'll be so glad to see this thing off the back of my boat.

Any motor that came without stats and a 1 piece exhaust plate should have them.

There's no telling any more Dave. The power head is on a 2 piece place, fishing 3 ram mid and some other things. It's definitely been an onion with many surprises. It's out of my life as of today.
