Allison Gelcoat

Where can I get a quart of Fire Red gelcoat for an Allison? Bill Scates said they don't make it anymore and sent me to Mini Craft in Fla. They have the color code but they want a sample chip from Allison but are having a hard time getting it from them. Any suggestions?, Thanks.
