Looks like a project. Interesting retractable trailer tongue, never seen that before.

Back story: Boat, trailer & a truck (truck not included) were the prize on the Price is Right in 1977. Boat originally was inboard/outboard.

Might have been bad axx, or might have just looked bad axx. In the 70's it was more important to look good than to be good.
