280 with 260 cowl

Has anyone ever put a 260 cowl on a 280 with stock electrical system? If so what had to be done? Thanks

Won't fit without major alteration to the cowl. I've seen people in the past melt a spot on the side and form a "bubble" to clear the alternator. Looked like crap. For all intents and purposes, the 260 cowl won't fit the 280 electrics
