I have noticed that my lower bearing in my swivel is loose. Is there anyway to change it out with pulling the powerhead.

There isn't any bearing there. It is a bushing and it would have to be really loose. The swivel pin comes out from the top and you usually have to drive it out from the top. If it is worn out, the top needs to be replaced too. Transom savers that pin the lower unit to the trailer are what usually causes those bushings to wear out.

I just did mine. It is likely not the bushing. My pin and yoke were severely worn and the top and bottom bushing were fine. The bottom yoke gets all the stress and doesn't get any grease. (Seems odd to me but I am not an engineer) You can take off just the bottom yoke and check. If worn you will probably need the yoke and pin.
