View Full Version : Where to get a Mercury factory manual for a 6 inline 115

I´m about to rebuild a Mercury inline 115 HP powerhead year 1984 and I need a factory manual with tollerances etc. Anyone knows where to get one ?

You can also contact a Merc Dealer. Their old serial number hard bound book has part numbers for all the old manuals. You should be able to get an exact reprint direct from merc. Probably around $ 75-pretty much the going factory price for a service manual.

Do not know how to help you.
At that point their was service manual available that came in a lever arch type file.
It was massive and contained all the models currently made.
We had the Mariner one with the Jap small engines.
I cannot find a separate part number for the 6 in line engines.
I could maybe whattsupp photo some of the pages that you need if be

I've got one. I can scan a few pages for you. Not the whole thing but if you let me know what you need I can probably get some scans. Mines a reprint too so some of the pictures are not great. Let me know
