Model ship Help......

I have this model ship that was hand made in the 60s for my grandfather who gave it to my father and now I have it. It needs to be re-strung all the string that was used for the rigging is falling apart (dry rot) I was curious if there is anyone out there that builds these things and works on them. Any leads would be helpful.

try RCgroups.com . My wifes grandfather built those also. we have 7 in storage and 1 we put out in the den about five yrs ago. We have been re stringing and fixing in our free time, lots of fun. If you have the space, set it up and take your time!
