Want to make more power out of a 260, Looking for the most bang for buck. Have done the 1 inch spacer on the intake and tighter heads with reeds. What should I do next? It's on a 18 ft charger stv.

Not much HP left in bolt ons to be honest unless your willing to spend a good chunk of $$ having it ported. LOTS left right there in the right hands. Just a matter how much you wanna spend.

Yes , the chest & intake will need extensive work to see a significant gain in power. Several good choices out there . However Most are proud of their work & costly i.e. diamond marine , PPE, etc

I added nitrous to my 260, you could add a 75 dry shot on the horn. Got to be real careful and can only be used on hole shot with fuel % added to ECU. To use whole pass has to be a wet shot. Not sure if you're just lake drag racing or what.

I've been told a 260 is about equal to a Drag with pump gas heads up to a point. The Drag should wind higher tho. If you want acceleration vs top end you will need compression also. Get factory tight heads or after-market with a proper squish band.
