A lot of us car guys making lots of HP in boosted/high compression situations are running E-85 do to the cheaper cost, now I thought about it with my 200 carb but some one said it doesn't mix well with 2 stroke oil, anyone done it or know of a oil that will blend well with it? I know it don't mix well with nitrous and guys that are using it run a separate tank with 116 for the nitrous..

The problem is getting enough fuel to it using those carbs. I've never used E85 but I would guess you'd have to run 30 to 50 percent more fuel. Redline makes a great methanol oil but I'm not sure if it works with E85 since they're different

Redline 2 stroke alcohol oil works well with E85.
Amsoil also makes 2 stroke alky oil that I assume works fine as I know someone who ran a bunch of it with e85 and never had an issue.

The Klotz R 50 is also made to mix with alky....well at least methanol. According to Klotz it has a lot of the same properties as caster bean oil. Gary

Says "Will not blend with alcohol" on the tech sheet: https://www.klotzlube.com/Ecommerce/site/content/PDFs/TECH/KL-104-Tech-Sheet.pdf

It was the "HP Injector" but they changed the name. Not sure what the name is now but you can call them.
