Like the title says, anybody found a good set of props for a 36 yellowfin? Twin 350 Yamaha outboards. I think the boat has a pair of 180 or 190 gallon tanks, fish box etc. Any info might help. Boat has 3, 225 before, but I'm guessing going from 3 screws to 2 screws will make more of a difference than the 25 additional horsepower. Thanks.

You might want to try over at thehulltruth. I am sure you will get answers there.

Traditionally all 36 YF come with trips and need the extra weight to pull the bow up. Going to twin engines you will need some bow lifting props like the mirage plus (which are standard for YF to install) since you are losing so of the much needed weight back there. I am not familiar with the non Mercury props so you might be doing some trial and error. Good luck!

22 bravos would be a good start. Cut rings.... Maybe 24s but I doubt it if you plan to run offshore a lot. As soon as tabs hit the water, the brakes are on...

I don't like the 3 blade mirages on the twin 350 set ups. They don't hook up like the bravos. Three motors... Mirages Ok .. Twin 350s I like the 4th blade on the wheels. Also, the oversized gearcase of the v8 350 like the bigger diameter of the bravo than the mirage. JMO. I have spent thousands of hrs behind the wheel of many different stepped offshore center consoles.

I have a pair of LH & RH wheels you might like. I will snap a few pics in the morning and share them. I think they are 19" & a pair of 21" props that were on a USCG boat for a few trials.
