Thanks Hank, I have been to the race for 10 yrs in a row back when Doc Tripp was racing, and I have been wanting to go on that river run for yrs, looks you had a great time, did you see Lee Sanderson on the river run

I don't know Lee (I do recognize the name), but we saw a lot of different people on the run. It was a great turn out, lots of boats. We got there late, about noon, launched about halfway up in the canyon, and pretty much rode to Chatanooga by ourselves. After lunch, we got hooked up with a large group and rode back down as far as Hales Bar. Rain chased us off the water at about 4 PM. I'm just happy we got the 4 hours of nice sunny hot weather that we did. Come next year, you will be glad you did. This is my favorite boating event of the year!
