CANADIAN INsurances for an HST, what a messs

Good day to all,

Here is my topic this morning,

Since the boat is getting very good, i changed insurance Cie and, I was told that they do not insure this kind of BOAT ( HST Hydrostream ).

Does any of you know an Insurance Cie that insure this kind of boat in Canada ( east coast ).

You could try Premier Marine or Ogilvy & Ogilvy. Or ask on Fastboatscanada Canada, there are insurance guys there.

Try Nautica, division of Aviva. They insured my Allison Xr2001 for a reasonable rate.

Update in this dossier.

April Marine, Aldego and Intact Marine all refused to go any further as soon as the '' Hydrostream '' brandname was written in the application. NIET, NADA, NOP are all descriptives that could be used as to their reply.


I will try the info's that you guys sent me, they were very appreciated.

My question ( i am curious ) does all those fast boats run on the '' NO Insurance '' flags or what ??
