I have always said " if the Government wants to abolish something, they will not outright ban it but either make it unaffordable (cig taxes) or regulate it to death....." Got that right. States like here and Wisconsin and others have more damn hunters that would NEVER tolerate that crap. But its SF, so it don't matter. Plus won't solve a damn thing either.

And even if so, bet the Indian casinos would fill the gap anyway as still legal to sell like they did here with gambling, smoke shops cheaper than state, and gas station selling non eth gas 20 cents over E10. Create a need, and someone will fill it, even if going black market.
