Allison GT-20 Setback Question

How much setback are the GT-20 owners running? Planning on adding a 20 inch Merc 260. Thanks.

I just went from 6.5 to 11 on mine, about .25" below pad. It was an improvement. I looked for GT-20 setup threads, found a couple: 8.5 setback even with pad, and 11 inches 1 inch above pad.

I sure will, however, it's gonna be awhile... My GT-20 is being restored by Jack B. Hope to have it by next summer. Will share the resto as pictures become available.
