What is the hub OD 4Speed?

I boxed it incase there was interest and was able to put a slice in the box and its 4". I ran it on a standard gear case on my 1993 150 HP 2.0L Mercury and I seem to remember there was about a 1/4" gap between the hub OD and the gear case ID.
If you want more info I will unbox it.
