lost a blade need help finding someone that can help identify and repace = replace

Hello,
Hoping for some guidance. I am fairly technically capable but will admit I have jumped quickly right into fast boat territory.
I own a Seabold Ski Eagle with 2.5 OS 260 with CLE lower. I have already managed to successfully completely rebuild this lower unit after having water intrusion and gears ate themselves. Thanks to all the help on these forums and many $$ later! :)
Also this spring I unfortunately had to re-core both sponsons. That is a job I will never do again. 'grind grind itch itch'.. many late nights.

Recently lost a blade (that was fun a 75mph, but so glad it was just a prop and did not break anything else..)
327205

Unfortunately this prop is a mystery prop, there are NO markings on it at all. It appears the prop has been worked and all markings ground off.
I suspect it is a seabold prop as my boat is a Seabold Ski Eagle tunnel hull? 'looks' similar to other seabold props that I have seen.

I have manually calculated the pitch using http://propellerhub.com/pitch.html
and calculated approx 26" pitch.

In the mean time I have picked up a 30" pitch similar "looking" prop and I get OK results, but the general characteristics of the prop is much different.
It throws a huge rooster tail as compared to the original broken 26" and as expected with 4" difference in pitch the boat is not as responsive to throttle and does not seem to lift the boat out of the water in the same way as the original 26".
Also the top speed is not the same. with the 26" I was able to achieve 91mph at approx 7000RPM. With the 30" I still hit 7000RPM but top speed is approx 87mph. (still fast but...)

Comparing the 2 props I see the original 26" prop has a very obviously different profile on the trailing edge where it 'flicks up' (trying to attach photo).
I suspect this is important to try and achieve similar results with a new prop?

Questions:
- are there resources up here in Ontario Canada that could take my busted prop and measure exact pitch, cup, trailing edge etc and provide a replacement?
(trying to stay in Ontario, currently the exchange to US is horrid)
- or just keep searching for used props similar pitch / style for $300-$500 bucks a shot..

Thanks for reading.
Paul

Take your busted prop to Kawartha Prop Repair in Buckhorn Yacht harbor.
Ask John or Jamie to laser scan it if you want to know exactly what it is.
