Been running my STV Pro Comp for a while with a Performer 3blade chopper style 34". Decent wheel but too much bow lift. Very scary at 110 plus. Spoke to Todd at Hydromotive about a better wheel for my boat. He suggested their QV OT prop. It's a cleaver style 4 blade with no bow lift. He suggested 31" pitch. All the QV OT wheels are 14 3/4" diameter. It's over and through exhaust on smaller than usual open hub. Tried it over the weekend solo for the first time. Wow what an improvement. No extra bow lift. I only hit 115 top end speeds, but I know more is coming, motor will turn to over 7, water conditions were less than ideal. Never turned past 6000. Motor is a custom built 300x with 3.2 stroker crank, 50 psi injectors, 1 mm overbore, various other tricks, 1.62 sporty. Acceleration is incredible, and super smooth running. I am super exited about what this wheel has done for my boat!

Take some video. I am putting my river rocket together right now with a stroker X and a 15in taylor can on a 1.62 and need some video motivation (its in paint stage). I have a couple pro ets and a dewald 33 four blade over hub. I wanted to order a hering 4 blade over hub until I heard the 2700 price tag. Its good to hear that you like the hydromotive.

Is the motor built yet? I have a go pro, I'll have to use it. The acceleration from 40 past a hundred will blow your mind, and your passengers.

At that speed.... you better have safety gear and a safety chase boat.
