Im running a 31ft Awesomecat with 3 2.5efi motors.
your boat is about the same.

you will need 2.5 x3 to make that thing move.
3l or more would be a better option.

3 motors are alot of work, but worth it.

good price on the 3 and 1 has sportmaster
im guessing u have the red boat that was at liberator a couple yrs ago
that had resto started on with new int and regelled top
the chris cats were a tad wider and had bigger running pads on the bottom
to run big blocks ,,,,,the shadow cat it was made from was a small block set up
u will be wanting cubic inch to push the boat ,,,,,,
don't think u will like the performance with 2 -2.5s
3 would be better but as stated 3L will be lots better on that hull

I would look at 20" mids.
3 260s would put you around 100mph.
heavy boats but loves rough water.
rougher the better,,,,,

center motor will be approx. 5" higher.

i have transom pick ups and low water pick up on the outsides.
only need low water pickup for the center.

those 300x motors would be a great option.
just dont like the 25" mids.

do not buy 15" mids unless you have hyd.jack plates.
when backing in the water, 15" mids, bottom cylinders will be under water.

post some pics, helps with help.
as always my 2 cents.

3 motors, we dont talk about gas, haha
good luck
