Not sure whose tilt pins these are and I'm pretty sure these 1/2" stainless-steel wing plates were home made. Both came off my 1996 Mercury 2.5 EFI Offshores because I put in Latham steering. If you're interested, PM with a price. The best way to ship would be USPS Priority flat Rate box. The plates weigh 14 pounds total and the pins weigh 10.
